Source Sans Pro font is not installed by default in Windows or Mac OS X, so it is necessary to download and install the three font files (regular, bold and italic), following the relevant steps below. This font is available for download for both PC and Mac, with installation instructions below for the various font weights i.e. Source Sans Pro is the recommended font to be used by all graphic designers for professional produced materials.
Calibri font should be used for email, PowerPoint and Word documents.
